This Privacy Policy explains how Automate Grow Sell LLC, d/b/a Dunzo (“Dunzo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Dunzo Reporting, our private client reporting dashboard, and the related SMS text messaging program described in our Terms of Service. This policy applies to clients who access the Platform and/or receive text messages from us as part of the Dunzo Reporting service.

We collect the following information in connection with the Platform and SMS program:

• Account information: your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided during onboarding.
• Reporting data: lead, estimate, job, and revenue data synced from your CRM and/or Housecall Pro account, used to populate your dashboard.
• Communication records: the content and timing of text messages sent to and received from you as part of this program.

We use the information above to:

• Provide and maintain your access to the reporting dashboard.
• Send SMS notifications related to your leads, reports, and account, as described in our Terms of Service.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot your account.
• Improve the accuracy and functionality of the Platform.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are collected solely to deliver the text messages described in our Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the Platform and deliver text messages (for example, our SMS/text messaging provider and CRM integration partners), solely for that purpose and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your account and communication information for as long as you remain a Dunzo client, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or carrier record-keeping requirements.

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, as described in our Terms of Service.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@godunzo.com.
• Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us directly, for assistance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected access to the reporting dashboard.
