Terms of Service

Dunzo Reporting (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”) is a private client reporting dashboard operated by Automate Grow Sell LLC, d/b/a Dunzo (“Dunzo,” “the Company”). The Platform gives home-service businesses that work with Dunzo real-time visibility into the leads, estimates, jobs, and revenue generated by their marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO). Data shown on the Platform is synced automatically from the client’s CRM and/or Housecall Pro account. Access is limited to authorized Dunzo clients using a unique Client ID and password provided during onboarding.

As part of the Dunzo Reporting service, we send text message (SMS) notifications to the mobile phone number our clients provide during onboarding. These messages relate directly to your use of the reporting dashboard and may include:

• Alerts when a new lead is received through your marketing campaigns
• Notifications when a new report or performance summary is ready to view
• Account or dashboard-related updates (for example, login assistance or onboarding steps)

By providing your mobile number to Dunzo, you consent to receive these text messages related to the Dunzo Reporting service. Message content is limited to the categories above; we do not send unrelated marketing or promotional texts through this program unless you separately opt in.

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity (for example, how often new leads or reports are generated) and is not sent on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dunzo Reporting does not charge separately for text messages sent as part of this program.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from this program. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 6.

Your use of Dunzo Reporting, including any information collected through this SMS program, is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Dunzo Reporting platform or our messaging program. Continued use of the Platform or continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
